Customer Reviews
Love my new workspace!
Notion has totally transformed how I organize my life! I got the Personal Pro plan for free as a student, and it's incredible. Setting up my student dashboard was so easy, and I use the calendar feature constantly for assignments. I even built a budget planner with it! Everything is in one place, and it's so customizable. I'm definitely sticking with Notion after I graduate. This software is amazing!
Worth the investment for organization
As a first-time buyer, I was looking for a robust tool without breaking the bank. I opted for the Plus plan with annual billing to get that discount, and it definitely made the price more attractive. I mostly use it for personal projects and a small CRM. The initial cost felt like an investment, but seeing how much I've consolidated my scattered notes and tasks, it feels worth it. I didn't qualify for any startup credits, but the annual discount was good enough for me. It's helped me get way more organized, so I'm happy with the value.
Simple and effective for notes
I tried Notion's free personal use plan. It was easy to sign up. I use it for daily notes and tracking habits. The habit tracker template worked perfectly. No issues, it just works. I like it a lot.
Seamless setup, great for projects
I recently signed up for Notion's Plus plan to manage a few freelance projects. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I just picked the plan and entered my payment details. It took about two minutes to complete. Right after, I got access to the full features. I started building out a project roadmap using one of their templates, and it was quite intuitive. The database feature is really powerful for tracking tasks and client communication. I haven't needed customer support yet, which is a good sign. The mobile app syncs instantly with the desktop version, which is crucial for me when I'm on the go. Overall, the quality of the software feels very robust and reliable for my needs.
Good for teams, pricing a bit high
We moved our team's knowledge base to Notion from Confluence a few months ago. The transition was mostly smooth, and the shared web pages feature has been excellent for documentation. It's much more user-friendly than our old system. However, I did find the initial setup for integrating our existing content a bit fiddly, and it took longer than I expected to get everything organized how we wanted it. The pricing for the Business plan feels a little steep for a smaller team like ours, even with the annual discount. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about user permissions, so that was a plus. It's a solid tool, but I wish the pricing tiers were a bit more flexible.

hey, is the student discount pretty easy to get? like do they just need an edu email or is there more to it?
thinking about switching from evernote. anyone here made the jump? is notion actually better for just personal note-taking?
